McCaffery Interests acted as the pro bono developer to build the new headquarters for Link Unlimited, a not-for-profit educational mentoring organization. LINK’s new home at 2221 S. State Street features a steel frame building with 7,200 SF of offices, classrooms, conference rooms, an auditorium, and a cafeteria. Other features include a landscaped outdoor seating area, a green roof and 35 parking spaces.
