The redevelopment of Potomac Yard Center presents a unique opportunity to transform a successful 69.02 acre, 650,000sf automobile-oriented, regional power center into a sustainable new master-planned community. The plan features the seamless integration of a new, dedicated transit-way system and Metrorail station together with 930,000sf of retail, 2,480,000sf of office, 3,695 residential units and 170 hotel rooms into a mixed-use neighborhood for the 21st century.
